2004 Chanel Necklace

Vintage Chanel necklace with heart, clover, and double C charms on a silver chain (it appears gold in the photos but rest assured it is silver). From Spring 2004. One side of the CC charm has noticeable wear, but can be easily flipped over/hidden.
